The corporate wellness workshops are between 1-4 hours and focus on the following areas:
Stress
An assessment of where your stress is at, how you know if someone is stressed (physical, behavioural, emotional), signs and symptoms level 1-4 and what is stress doing to you?
Stress and how to deal with it
What to do to handle and overcome stress?
Workplace and nutrition
Workplace stress, steps to prevent work stress, nutrition- how good nutrition reduces stress, what to eat, what to avoid, structuring your eating, why and what the media is telling you isn’t true?
Exercise
What exercises will help reduce stress, tracking fitness and exercise, routine, accountability etc.
Sleep and breathing
How good sleep patterns and proper breathing reduces stress, what foods/habits to avoid to help sleep properly, how creating structure helps sleep.
